Coverage Options
Eligible units may offer limited warranty plans such as:
- 6 months / 1,000 miles — included on eligible units
- 1 year / 10,000 miles — included on eligible units
- 2 years / 20,000 miles — optional extended plan, generally +15% of order amount
- 3 years / 30,000 miles — optional extended plan, generally +25% of order amount
Availability may vary by unit, vehicle age and other eligibility requirements.
When Coverage Begins
Coverage generally begins on the original delivery date and ends when the applicable time or mileage limit is reached, whichever occurs first. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and the original vehicle identified on the invoice unless the controlling terms state otherwise.
Installation Requirements
- Professional installation may be required.
- Installation may need to be completed within the time stated in the controlling warranty terms.
- Required fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, belts and related wear items must be replaced as applicable.
- Cooling, lubrication and related systems must be inspected, cleaned or flushed as required.
- Installation and maintenance records should be retained.
If You Experience a Problem
Contact support before removing, modifying, returning or disassembling the unit. The team may request diagnostic information, photos, video, service records and other documentation. No repair, replacement, refund or labor expense should be assumed approved without prior written authorization.
Important Exclusions
Limited coverage is generally focused on eligible internally lubricated components. External accessories, normal wear, cosmetic condition, improper installation, overheating, contamination, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to perform required maintenance and other exclusions may apply.
