RETURNS & REFUNDS

All return requests for eligible items must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the original delivery date, subject to prior written authorization. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@thriftyengines.com or call 1800-853-2189

All policy timelines (warranty and returns) begin on the original delivery date.

Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, documented with photos, and noted with the carrier.

Returns are approved only for:

• Incorrect items shipped by Thrifty Engines
• Valid warranty-approved mechanical failures
• Items reported damaged within 7 days

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. Cancellations after 24 hours or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus two-way shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items modified, dismantled, or repaired
• Electrical/electronic components
• Special-order/custom procurement items

Errors in vehicle/VIN information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Corrected replacements may incur additional shipping and price differences.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Thrifty Engines error.

Thrifty Engines does not collect core deposits.

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price. We do not cover labor, towing, rentals, diagnostics, or consequential losses.

Mechanical performance is guaranteed; appearance is not. Cosmetic concerns must be reported within 7 days. Refusing delivery based on appearance results in a 20% restocking fee and two-way shipping costs.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to both the Warranty and Return policies.
